Processing of personal data is related only and the only one with the purchase of products from AKCET Beltegoed.
AKCET Beltegoed undertakes not to provide personal data of users to third parties.
The data subject to processing, appear only in the registration form. After the expiry of the purpose of processing personal data collected User will be destroyed except when AKCET Beltegoed wants to store the processed personal data as anonymous for statistical purposes.
By registering on AKCET Beltegoed user gives consent to the processing of personal data under the conditions stated herein.
Creating an account through registration allows users to shop easy, convenient and pleasant to monitor the status of their orders, and keep records of their desired products at maximum protection entered personal information. Every user has a unique e-mail and password which only he has access to your account and entered therein.
The user can easily and at any time to access and update your personal data using the tools for editing your account except where it generated content and its profile are disabled. Information will be updated immediately.
AKCET Beltegoed users have access to them relating to personal dannisled submission of a written application to AKCET Beltegoed. Application may be filed electronically under the Law on Electronic Document and Electronic Signature. It should contain:
Name, address and other data to identify the appropriate user;
Description of the request;
Preferred form of provision of information
Signature, date of application and mailing address.
Users AKCET Beltegoed may request at any time:
Delete, correct or block their personal data, the processing of which does not meet the requirements of this Act;
Notify third parties of which have been disclosed their personal data for any deletion, correction or blocking, except where this is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort.
User is responsible for all attempts to gain unauthorized access to other profiles and the law of the Netherlands.
